All contributions made are fully tax deductible charitable contributions in the U.S. Please Note: Your cart and checkout will always open up in a new window, as they are hosted on a secure server for your online ordering safety.

Ordering Ministry Supplies and Ministry Credentials is easy:

  1. Browse the categories and ministry supplies below.
  2. Simply click "Add This to My Cart", and continue shopping.
  3. Once you have added all your requested items, click "View Cart"
  4. Review your items for accuracy, then click "Go to Checkout"
  5. If you have created an online account with us AFTER August 1, 2008, you can login to your personal account, or create a new account if you have not yet created one.
  6. You can pay securely online with your credit card, electronic check or PayPal account.
  7. Once you have completed the online contribution for these items, you will be returned to a "Thank You" page, and you will receive an automated email receipt for your contribution.
  8. Your ministry supplies will arrive in approximately 4-6 Weeks inside the U.S., and slightly longer for our ministry partners located outside of the U.S. You will receive an email notifying you of the date of shipment.

Shipping Policy:

We do our very best to serve your needs in the most efficient way possible. Our all-volunteer ministry fulfillment team strives to offer you the quickest turnaround time from the date of order until your supplies arrive at your door. Your ministry supplies will arrive in approximately 4 - 6 weeks inside the U.S., and slightly longer for our ministry partners located outside of the U.S. Unfortunately, once a package leaves the United States, the delivery time is completely dependent on the efficiency of your country's postal system. You will always receive an email notification, once your package has left the ministry office.

Order Inquiries:

Although it's already mentioned on the Catalog pages, as well as several other areas of our website, it probably bears repeating here. Typical delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks after placing your order.

Some people who order our materials online will think it helpful to make an inquiry within a day. or a week. or two, and want to know if we got their order. The same applies to those who order by mail. In some cases, the person is so impatient that they don't even allow adequate time for the postal service to deliver their letter in the mail to us before they make their order inquiry. Such inquiries don't speed the order process (usually just the opposite).

If you order online you should have already received an order confirmation email from PayPal. Asking us a question like, "Did you get my order?", won't get your order processed any faster (probably just the opposite will happen). If you order online, and you have furnished an email address in your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us when your order ships.

Please don't bug us about the delivery status of your order. Please don't ask questions like, ”Did you get my order?" or "Have you processed my order yet?" or "When will my order ship?" (unless it's been at least 6 weeks). "Typical delivery" is also no guarantee. It might take longer than 4-6 weeks. This is a small ministry (not a "business") and our resources are limited. We don't have a "customer service department" like a Barnes & Noble (come to think of it, Barnes & Noble often takes longer than 6 weeks).

If it's been at least 6 weeks, and you are confident it's been that long, and you aren't just guessing at how long it's been (we have had innumerable instances of people claiming they placed an order much longer ago than they actually did) then feel free to send an order inquiry to orders at trinity-edu.com.

Please be realistic in your expectations of us. We appreciate the fact that you may be eager to receive your materials. However, we equally appreciate your patience.

Rush Orders:

We sometimes receive requests (which sometimes border on demands) that we process an order on a "RUSH" basis. Remarkably enough, rush requests seldom ever include any additional funds to cover the time and inconvenience of having to drop everything else we're doing to rush an order out. As a general policy, we do not process "RUSH" orders. Rather, we process on a "first come first served" basis.

Charges To Your Credit Card:

Trinity Institute of Christian Counseling Ministry and Training orders are processed by the office of our Director, Dr. Nicole L. Weyant. Charges on your credit card will appear as "Dr. Nicole L. Weyant".

For those who have an objection to this procedure, they always have the option of completing the online checkout procedure, and choosing Payment by Mail as their Payment Option. Upon completion of your order selections, simply print the final form and mail it in to the Ministry office address provided on the form.

Damage/Replacement Policy:

All ministry supplies are prepared with the utmost respect and care. Whenever possible, we ship your supplies in sturdy, recycled cardboard mailers (StayFlats) that are wonderfully resistant to bending or crushing. In the case of international shipments, we use the standard, thinner cardboard mailers provided by the USPS for Global Priority Mail. These are also fairly resistant to
crushing or bending. We have taken great care to do our best to ensure that your ministry supplies arrive in excellent condition, and we stamp all shipments "Do Not Bend". Once they leave our office, however, we have no control over the way they are handled in transit to you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any responsibility for shipments that arrive in damaged condition. If this happens to you, please contact your local Post Office to see what steps, if any, you can take to seek reimbursement from them.

If WE have made a mistake on any of your materials, such as a typing error or omission, please be sure to let us know! We are human, and this has certainly happened before. If you would kindly email us to inform us of the error, we will happily reprocess your order and get a replacement on its way to you within 2 business days. Please do be sure to give us at least 48 business hours to respond with a confirmation of shipment.

It's happened more than once in our many years of service that a ministry order was "Praised, Prepared, Packed & Posted" by our volunteer fulfillment team, picked up by our postal carrier and never received. It's also happened more than once that we've received a very irate email from a minister accusing us of deception, only to receive an email verification of delivery from the USPS a couple of days later. Although it's already mentioned on each of the catalog pages, it probably bears repeating here: Typical total delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks after placing your order.. We want to be absolutely up-front about delivery times, so there is no confusion or frustration for our ministers, or for our ministry volunteers.

If it has been at least 6 weeks since the date of your order, and you have still not received your order, please kindly alert us, and we will be happy to investigate the package's whereabouts with the postal carrier, and if necessary, reprocess your order and re-ship it out to you. Please allow us 2 business days to research and respond to any email you may send. We will do everything in
our power to get a replacement out to you as soon as possible, but since this represents an additional charge to the ministry for reprocessing, reprinting and shipping costs, please understand that we need to research your shipment before we respond. It's happened before, and will surely happen at some point again in the future, that the postal service has had to refund postage costs to
the ministry for lost shipments, and there is documentation we must collect for this. We know your ministry credentials don't serve Christ sitting on our desk or lost in the mail, so our #1 priority is getting these documents in your hands! Please be patient if this happens to you - we will address the issue promptly, and according to the above protocol to be sure you have what you need to effectively serve Christ.

Refund Policy:

We are only able to process refunds for your contributions if your ministry items were never received. If this happens to you, please kindly let us know. We can either follow the above shipping replacement protocol and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible, or refund your contribution (we are unable to refund shipping charges). If you do request a refund in your email,
please also allow us 2 business days to research and respond. In most cases, you will receive your refund within 7-10 business days, depending on your original method of payment. This process is managed by our payment services provider, and is generally accomplished in a very swift & efficient manner.
