NOTE: Attendee Confirmation Packages will be sent out in early October 2009, to include all Information and Tickets Required for Meals & Attendance.

Individual and Group Portraits will be Available for Purchase at the Event by Creative-Affordable Photography.

Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions:

ALL Rooms include beautiful lakefront view with balcony or patio and include two queen size beds.

ALL Meals and Snack Breaks Throughout the Event are Provided.

Admission to ALL Sessions, Ceremonies and Events are Included.

In order to take advantage of the Complimentary Chartered Bus Transportation to and from Huntsville International Airport, you must schedule your flight to arrive NO LATER THAN 2:30 PM Central Time on November 2, 2009 and to depart NO SOONER THAN 1:00 PM Central Time on November 4, 2009. Trinity Institute is not responsible for transporting those individuals who schedule their arrival and departure times outside of these limits. Rev. Osborn will have the bus manifest, and will arrange a central meeting place for all individuals arriving by plane. This information will be included in your Attendee Confirmation Package to be sent out to you in October 2009.

Individuals who will be driving to the event should schedule their trip in order to arrive between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on November 2, 2009. Those who are driving should plan on departing no later than 12:00 Noon on November 4, 2009. Convenient Maps & Directions are provided to aid you in planning your trip.

Since these funds are being used to reserve the entire lodge in advance on behalf of the Ministry, and potential buyers will be turned away once all 150 tickets are sold: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
